Our founder Jake and the team try every specialist ingredient; the essential UK made buffalo mozzarella and Shipton Mill flour, imported cured meats, and wines have been personally selected for our kitchen and bar.
We have outstanding small batch coffee, our craft beers are brewed within 5 miles of the restaurant, Owlet natural, award-winning juices are from Lamberhurst, Kent.
Don’t forget, our desserts are homemade as the finale to a great value, ‘craft’ eating and drinking experience, never forgotten.
