Our pizzas are made fresh to order using handcrafted 48 hour fermented Sourdough, made daily by our Dough Master Pepe. We are obsessed with the perfect sourdough, staying true to the traditional Napolitana style of pizza making. Our “Mamma” is looked after like a queen in a secret location in Peckham. Pepe guards and feeds Mamma every day ensuring she is happy, so she can produce the best Sourdough in London (even if we do say so ourselves)
